1. Reservation & Payment

• Reservation confirmed: signed rental agreement and 50% initial payment
• Remaining 50%: due no later than 3 months before arrival
• Bookings within 3 months: remaining balance due at booking

2. Cancellation

• More than 3 months before arrival: free cancellation and full refund
• 3 months to 1 month: 50% of total stay due
• Less than 1 month: 100% of total stay due
• No-show: 100% of total stay due
• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Travel insurance covering cancellation and interruption is recommended

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for each stay (for an apartment: €300 and for a chalet: €400)

The deposit is returned within 7 working days after departure. Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused during their stay. Minor breakages such as plates, glasses or cutlery are accepted. Damage to furniture or appliances may be charged.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Arrival: from 17:00, self-access via Masterlock
• Departure: before 10:00
• Please leave the property tidy, take out trash/recycling and do the dishes
• Please close windows and turn off lights when leaving

5. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

• The property must be used responsibly, peacefully and for its intended purpose
• Maximum occupancy: must not be exceeded
• Smoking & vaping: not permitted inside
• Pets: only with prior agreement
• Ski & bike shoes: not permitted in living areas
• Noise: please respect neighbours and avoid excessive noise

6. Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests may bring their own or rent them on site. Rental is payable directly on site.

7. Liability

OzAlpes cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road conditions, ski lift closures or other events affecting your stay.
